04 / QUEUE MANAGEMENT · SINGAPORE

One queue
A calmer front desk

Give reception and visitors a shared view of who is waiting and where to go next. We design queue workflows for service counters and appointment-based businesses.

Who it’s for

For reception teams and service counters coordinating walk-ins, appointments and more than one available station.

01

Check in

Add the sample appointment to the waiting list.

02

Call next

Assign a waiting number to an available station.

03

Complete

Finish the visit and free the station for the next person.

THE WORKING EXAMPLE

See the idea
at work.

Try three fictional visitors and two service stations. The staff and public-display views reflect the same in-browser state. When both stations are busy, the demo asks you to complete a visit before calling someone else.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers

Can it run on a reception screen and a TV?

That is a possible deployment to scope. The current example uses one browser; a live version needs a shared service and testing on the actual staff devices and display.

Does the demo send SMS reminders?

No. Notifications are simulated. Live messaging would require a supported provider, sender setup, an agreed consent process and messaging fees.

Could a clinic use this?

We can discuss administrative check-in and queue needs. Handling patient information requires a separate assessment of privacy, access and operational requirements; this demo makes no clinical or compliance claims.
